Chernyshenko, Lyubimova and Murashko took part in the Wish Tree campaign


Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova and Health Ministry head Mikhail Murashko took part in the New Year's action "Wish Tree" on December 23.
Chernyshenko removed three cards with children's wishes from the Christmas tree installed in the Government House. Thus, the deputy prime minister will help seven-year-old Alexander from Rostov region to meet with the Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics and president of the All-Russian Federation of Fijital Sports Nikita Nagorny.
The second card was a wish of 10-year-old Dmitry from Yaroslavl region to meet with the local hockey team "Lokomotiv", the third card was a wish of 12-year-old Mikhail from Volgograd region, who dreams of receiving a basketball as a gift.
Another three cards were taken by Lyubimova. She will fulfill the wish of 13-year-old Masha from Kirov, who would like to visit the film studio "Mosfilm", 17-year-old Margarita from St. Petersburg, who dreams of meeting actor Konstantin Khabensky, and 17-year-old Nikita from the Kostroma region, who wants to visit the TV center "Ostankino".
Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev and Minister for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Alexei Chekunkov also took part in the campaign.
Tsivilev received six postcards at once. He will fulfill the dreams of children from different regions to meet MMA fighter Fedor Emelianenko, visit Rostec State Corporation, meet the KAMAZ team, tour the Higher School of Economics, study dinosaurs as a paleontologist, and buy collapsible dumbbells.
Chekunkov will also help fulfill the wishes of 15-year-old Timur from Almetyevsk, five-year-old Polina from Sergiev Posad and Ilya from Khabarovsk to be a subway driver, a photo shoot with animals and an electric guitar.
Murashko will fulfill the dream of 13-year-old Anna from the Komi Republic, who wants to visit Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Earlier, on December 18, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin took part in the "Christmas Tree of Wishes," taking a card from the holiday tree for a boy from the Novosibirsk region, a girl from the Luhansk People's Republic and two brothers from the Zaporozhye region.
In addition to Mishustin, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the government staff Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev also took part in the action.
The "Christmas Tree of Wishes" charity event is a project of Russia's "Movement of Firsts" with the support of Rosmolodezh, which has been taking place since 2018 and lasts from mid-November to the end of February. Thanks to the action, children aged 3-17 who find themselves in a difficult life situation get an opportunity to fulfill a cherished wish or receive a gift for the New Year.
