In Moscow under the program of complex development of territories (CDT) will reorganize a site in Yuzhnoportovoi district. This was reported on December 21 by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban policy and construction.

The plot with the area of 0.44 hectares is located on the street Simonovsky Val. There it is planned to erect a new space with housing. In walking distance from it is the metro station "Proletarskaya", reports the agency of city news " Moscow".

Under the KRT program multifunctional urban neighborhoods are created, where roads, comfortable housing and all necessary infrastructure are designed on the place of former industrial zones and inefficiently used sites.
