New Year markets opened in Moscow

New Year bazaars have started working in Moscow within the framework of the project "Winter in Moscow". This was announced by the head of the capital's Department of Trade and Services Alexei Nemeriuk on December 20.

According to him, the official Christmas tree bazaars can be recognized by their uniform appearance. Their design was approved back in 2015 and is still in use, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". The constructions consist of standard modules - it is a metal frame, the outer side of which is lined with wooden slats, writes "Moscow 24".

In total, the capital provides 270 sites where citizens will be able to buy the main symbol of the New Year. The assortment includes domestic fir trees from the Perm region, Kirov region and the Republic of Bashkiria, imported fir trees, pine trees and lapnik, says NSN. There you can also buy Christmas decorations and toys, stands for fir trees and light garlands, RT notes.

Points for the sale of coniferous trees opened in 11 administrative districts of Moscow, Life.ru reports.

On the same day it became known that a series of Christmas fairs "Creative Market" will be held in Moscow from December 25. Companies from the capital and other regions will present their products, writes RIAMO.
