Two sites in the Central Administrative District of Moscow will be reorganized under the program of complex development of territories (CDT). This was reported on Sunday, December 22, by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban policy and construction.

According to the official, a new landscaped space with housing and public and business facilities will appear in Presnensky district on Bolshaya Dekabrskaya Street. As a result of realization of the project the city will get more than 800 workplaces, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

The plots are located near the metro station "Ulitsa 1905 year", in the center of the capital, site aif.ru specifies. There it is planned to erect 75,2 thousand square meters of various real estate: residential houses, objects of public-business and communal purpose, writes RIAMO. In particular, there will appear buildings for the district police department and ambulance station, cafes, stores, service workshops.

Now in the capital at various stages of development and implementation is 236 projects CRT total area of more than 3.1 thousand hectares, reports NSN.

On the same day the mayor of capital Sergey Sobyanin has approved complex development of territory in Dorogomilovo district in the west of the city. On the plot of 2.11 hectares will appear public and business objects. It is located between Poklonnaya Street and the railroad tracks of MCD-4, notes the website kp.ru.
