After the beating of children in the village of Panakhes in Adygea, a criminal case was opened against a local resident. This was reported on Sunday, December 22, in the Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Republic.

"A criminal case has been initiated against a resident of the aul Panakes on the grounds of a crime under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill the duties of upbringing a minor")", - stated on the website of the department.

Investigators checked information from social networks about the systematic use of violence against minors by their father and found signs of crime in the actions of the man.

It is established that from 2022 to December 19, 2024 he showed excessive cruel treatment during the educational process, used force and inflicted various injuries to children 16 and 17 years old.
