A criminal case was initiated over the fact of a road accident that killed seven people in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This was reported on Saturday, December 21, in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the region.

"On behalf of the head of the investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Lugansk People's Republic, a criminal case was initiated about the traffic accident in Anthracite on the grounds of a crime under part 5 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation", - stated in the message of the Department in the Telegram-channel.

It is specified that investigators and criminalists are working at the scene of the accident. The circumstances and causes of the incident are being established.

The investigation is under control of the head of the head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region.

Earlier in the day it was reported that in Anthracite LNR as a result of a collision of a minibus and a bus killed seven people. It was specified that two of the dead were drivers of the vehicles.
