A woman who exploded a firecracker in a shopping center has been detained in Moscow

Moscow police detained a woman who, on the instructions of unknown persons, exploded a firecracker in a shopping center in the Otradnoye district. This was reported to "Izvestia" on Saturday, December 21, in the capital department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Earlier in the media and Telegram-channels reported about alleged "sounds of shooting" in the shopping center "Fort", because of which visitors were evacuated. Then there was information that at that moment a woman exploded a firecracker in the MFC.

"Today at 14:00 Moscow time, a visitor to the organization located in the shopping center in the Otradnoe district used a pyrotechnic product. The citizen was detained by visitors and handed over to the police officers who arrived on call at the scene. As a result of the incident there were no victims", - specified in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

An investigative-operative group arrived at the scene. It is preliminarily established that the woman acted on the instructions of unknown persons, to whom she transferred Br120 thousand. She was taken to the police station for proceedings.

The day before in St. Petersburg, a 76-year-old pensioner gave more than 1 million rubles to fraudsters and on their instructions set off fireworks in a bank branch. When the woman did so, she was detained by a security guard.
