Temporary flight restrictions have been lifted at Izhevsk airport

Restrictions on the reception and release of airplanes at Izhevsk airport have been lifted. This was reported on Saturday, December 21, by Rosaviatsia representative Artem Korenyako.

"During the period of restrictions to the alternate airfield "left" one flight traveling to the capital of Udmurtia," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Crews, air traffic controllers and airport personnel took all necessary actions to guarantee the safety of flights.

Korenyako recalled that the restrictions were introduced earlier in the day to ensure the safety of civilian aircraft flights.

Earlier in the day at 9:45 a.m., restrictions were imposed on the operation of Kazan airport for security purposes after the attack of Ukrainian drones on Tatarstan. Later, at 12:37, all restrictions were lifted.
