As a result of a missile strike from the side of Yemen in Tel Aviv suffered about 30 people. This was reported on December 21 by the Lebanese TV channel Al Mayadeen with reference to medics.

"According to Israeli medical sources and media, about 30 Israelis were injured as a result of the rocket hit in Tel Aviv," the material said.

According to The Times of Israel, 16 people, including a three-year-old girl, were lightly injured by shards of glass, 14 people received bruises on their way to shelters.

It is specified that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has launched an investigation into the reasons for the failure to intercept the rocket launched from Yemen.

The IDF Spokesperson's Office reported thelaunch of a Yemeni rocket towards central Israel earlier in the day. At that time, it was specified that several people were injured and hospitalized for medical treatment.

Prior to that, on December 19, Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the Yemeni Ansar Allah (Houthis) armed forces, said that the missile forces carried out a drone attack on a target located in Tel Aviv. He emphasized that the Houthis will stop their attacks the moment Israel's aggression in the Gaza Strip stops.

At the same time, the Israel Defense Forces reported intercepting a rocket fired from Yemen toward Israeli territory. Later in the day, the IDF attacked the facilities of the Houthi regime in Yemen.
