One person died and two were injured as a result of a collision with a pier on Lake Khanka in Primorsky Krai. About it on Saturday, December 21, reported in the Telegram-channel of the regional Prosecutor's office.

"In the early morning of December 21, the driver of Nissan Juke 2004 year of birth in a state of intoxication ignored the prohibition of departure on the ice of the water area of Lake Khanka and made a collision with the element of the pier. As a result of the accident, a female passenger born in 1992 was killed and another woman born in 1996 was hospitalized. The driver received bruises and abrasions", - stated in the message.

The Department will control the establishment of the details of what happened. The site of the accident was visited by the Prosecutor of the Khankaisky district.
