Pushilin reported five injured civilians after AFU attacks in DNR


Five civilians have been injured as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' (AFU) attacks on the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR). This was reported by the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin on December 20.
"Five civilians suffered today as a result of Kiev aggression," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.
It is specified that in Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka as a result of the use of barrel artillery by the enemy, a man born in 1975 was wounded, a tractor driver of RUEK of the DNR State Unitary Enterprise "Voda Donbassa" born in 1957 was injured at his workplace, a man born in 1967 was wounded in the Central City district of Gorlovka, and a woman born in 1951 was wounded of medium severity in Selidovo.
In addition, two residential houses and an ambulance were damaged in the Nikitovsky district of Horlivka, and a city bus of route No. 24 in the Central City district of Horlivka.
"At 10 a.m. the VFU attempted to strike the capital of the Republic with long-range rockets. As a consequence of the shelling, several administrative buildings and the Central Clinical Hospital No. 3 were damaged, the driver of a dump truck born in 1971 was lightly wounded," Pushilin noted and added that Ukrainian militants carried out more than 10 armed attacks, during which they used rocket artillery, barrel artillery of 155 mm caliber, and an attack drone.
Earlier, on December 19, Pushilin called the shelling of Gorlovka by AFU militants on the day of the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin a provocation.
Also on that day, the head of the DNR said that the number of injured civilians as a result of the shelling of Gorlovka had increased to nine people. According to him, if necessary, the wounded will be sent to Donetsk.
On December 10, DNR head Denis Pushilin said that attempts by Ukrainian militants to attack Horlivka have no military expediency, but they have not stopped so far.
Ukrainian militants have been shelling Russian territory, especially its new regions, on a daily basis amid the special operation to defend Donbas, which the Russian Federation announced the start of on February 24, 2022.
