The average cost of 1 sq. m. on the primary market of residential real estate in Krasnodar region in November amounted to more than 178.1 thousand rubles. This is 9% higher than the same period last year, follows from the data of the analytics department of the federal developer "Neometria".

The highest price per square meter in new buildings was recorded in Sochi - in November it amounted to 570.3 thousand rubles (+11% for the year). In Novorossiysk for the year the cost of 1 sq. m. also increased by 11% and reached the mark of Br181.9 thousand.

At the same time, in Krasnodar, the average cost of 1 sq. m. of housing amounted to Br154.7 thousand in November.

Experts also said that at the end of November in the primary real estate market in Rostov-on-Don, the average cost of 1 sq. m. is close to Br136 thousand. Growth in relation to November 2023 amounted to 14%.

"In November, all transactions with new buildings in Rostov-on-Don were executed by residents of the Rostov region. Traditionally, the majority of transactions in the region are made by them. However, during the year we also observed the interest of representatives of new regions of Russia, Moscow, Krasnodar Krai, Dagestan and Chechnya, as well as other regions of the country", - said the director of the Department of analytics of the federal developer "Neometria" Ksenia Rysenko.

Earlier, on November 2, it became known that every third Russian respondent considers the most comfortable "young" secondary housing - real estate, which 3-10 years. The comfort of new buildings - up to three years from the date of delivery of the house - noted 23%, according to the results of the survey VTB.
