Ceilings below the norm, cheap finishing and lack of parking spaces are the most frequent defects of builders when delivering new buildings. This was reported to "Izvestia" on December 21 by analysts of the company for certification of the quality of new buildings Urban Grade, who conducted a study of 205 residential complexes in cities with a million inhabitants.

It turned out that only 5% of real estate objects meet all the necessary characteristics.

"Despite the fact that we note an increase in the overall level of quality of regional residential projects, including in comparison with the capital's objects. Often regional developers have rather vague ideas about quality requirements in different classes of housing," explained Olga Khasanova, General Director of URBAN real estate projects.

According to her, it is important to identify all the shortcomings at the time of design, because the inconsistency of housing to its class leads to financial costs of buyers, both at the stage of acquisition and in the further operation of the apartment, as well as disappointment and lowering the level of satisfaction of citizens.

Earlier, December 19, it was reported that this year the supply of new buildings in the "old" Moscow increased by 7%. At the same time in the city most significantly increased prices in the Central Administrative District - by 25%, follows from the data of the company "Metrium".
