Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to extend the benefits of Heroes of Labor of the Russian Federation to heroine mothers. This was announced by the head of state on December 20 at a meeting of the State Council on family support in Russia.

Putin noted that mother-heroines in the Russian Federation have the same high status as Heroes of Labor, but the material support of these titles is different.

"It is necessary to eliminate this difference, this injustice, and to extend all social guarantees, benefits and payments provided for Heroes of Labor of Russia to women with the high title of "Heroine Mother"," the president emphasized.
