The court rejected singer Lapina's claims against Uspenskaya's lawyer

Timiryazevsky district court of Moscow refused singer Natalia Lapina in satisfaction of the requirements of the claim against the lawyer of singer Lubov Uspenskaya Elena Senina. This was reported on December 20 by the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.

"By decision of the Timiryazevsky district court of Moscow from December 20, 2024 in satisfaction of the claims of Lapina N.A. to LLC MIC Izvestia, lawyer Senina E.N. on the protection of honor, dignity, compensation for moral harm denied", - stated in the message of the press service in Telegram-channel.

Earlier, July 22, Senina told "Izvestia" that Lapina filed a lawsuit against Uspenskaya, accusing her of copyright infringement for the song "Po polushku". The lawyer then noted that Lapina has repeatedly stated claims to her colleague, but the contract between the singers is concluded, and all the amount due under it Uspenskaya paid. Senina suggested that the reason for Lapina's appeal to the court was the popularity of the song "Po polushku".
