Sobyanin opened a flagship center at Pirogov State Clinical Hospital No. 1

The fifth flagship center was opened in the capital's Pirogov State Clinical Hospital No. 1. This was told in his Telegram-channel by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, who visited the opening of the unique medical institution equipped with the latest medical equipment.

"The pride of the new center is a unique operating unit with 11 multi-disciplinary operating rooms. Among them: hybrid with the ability to use telemedicine and conduct angiographic operations, neurosurgical, orthopedic, traumatologic and ophthalmologic", - said Sergei Sobyanin.

In addition, for the first time in the Pirogov State Clinical Hospital there is an integrated digital operating room for high-tech operations. Inpatient treatment and diagnostic departments of the hospital, where patients will be transferred for further treatment, are located here on the 3-7 floors. Thus, the technological resources of the flagship center will be optimally used for both urgent and planned care of patients.

Today flagship centers in the capital's hospitals have been transferred to a new standard of work, as well as renovated reception departments of key children's and adult hospitals. According to Sobyanin, in this way Moscow clinics will be able to provide patients with high quality treatment in any emergency cases. Thanks to the new standard, the average speed of assistance in the capital has already increased by 1.5 times.
