At the 79th year of life passed away actor, stuntman and regular understudy of Mikhail Boyarsky Alexander Pestov. This information appeared on the portal "Kino-Theater.Ru".

The actor passed away on Wednesday, December 18. The causes and circumstances of death are not specified.

Alexander Pestov was born on August 4, 1946. He was a professional racing driver. From 1970 to 1996 he worked as a stuntman and stunt director at the Lenfilm film studio. For many years he was Mikhail Boyarsky's understudy. Among the famous films with his participation are "The Return of Budulai", "Highway Patrol", "Commander Singh", "Blue Carbuncle" and "Peculiarities of National Hunting".
