According to the regional head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on the Gostilitsky highway. At the exit from the industrial zone, a man got into a road conflict with the driver of Mercedes, who got out of the car and shot his opponent in the chest with a crossbow, and then fled in an unknown direction. The victim reached the nearest gas station, where he asked for help.
