Ferrosplavnaya-1 power supply line was shut down at ZNPP

At the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) the high-voltage power supply line 330 kV "Ferrosplavnaya-1" has been switched off by the action of automatics. This was reported on December 20 in the official Telegram-channel of the NPP.
It specified that for "own needs" the plant receives power from the line 750 kV "Dneprovskaya".
"No violations of safety limits and conditions have been recorded. The personnel is ready to respond," the message said.
ZNPP representatives reminded that all units of the plant are currently suspended.
"The equipment is maintained in accordance with all necessary regulations under strict control of radiation safety standards," - wrote in the Telegram-channel of the station.
It is noted that the level of radiation at ZNPP and adjacent areas has not changed and still corresponds to the normal operation of power units.
Earlier, on December 10, a regular rotation of observers of the mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was held at ZNPP, which was provided by Russian servicemen. The sappers checked the area for unexploded foreign and Ukrainian munitions, ensuring the observers' safe passage to the plant.
Later that day, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi issued a statement saying that the agency's official vehicle on the road to the ZNPP was attacked by a drone. There were no casualties. He also condemned the incident and called for respect.
At the same time, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that it strongly condemns Kiev's attack on experts of the IAEA secretariat during their visit to ZNPP. The ministry also pointed to the Ukrainian authorities' complete disregard for humanitarian law and any agreements reached, as well as Kiev's disrespect for the staff of international organizations.
Zaporizhzhya region, where the nuclear power plant is located, became part of the Russian Federation following a referendum in September 2022. Since then, Zaporizhzhya NPP has been under constant IAEA control.
