Annual inflation will fall to 4% in 2026. This was stated in the Central Bank on Friday, December 20.

"According to the forecast of the Bank of Russia, taking into account the ongoing monetary policy, annual inflation will fall to 4% in 2026 and will be on target thereafter," the press release said.

It is specified that in October-November price growth amounted to 11.1%. According to the Central Bank estimates, as of December 16, annual inflation rose to 9.5%.
