In the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, schoolchildren who study in the first shift have been allowed not to come to classes. Pupils of the first - fourth grades of eight settlements will not go to school because of severe frosts.

According to the announcement on the portal "Gosuservices of Yugra", due to the temperature drop to -30 degrees, primary school students in the villages of Sosva, Polnovat, Vanzevat, Tegi, in the urban-type settlement of Berezovo and in the villages of Vanzetur, Shaitanka and Kimkyasui are allowed not to go to school.
