Investigators have opened a criminal case on the fact of injury of a child on the railroad tracks at the station "Begovaya" MCD-1. This was reported in the press service of the Western Interregional Investigative Department on Transport of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia on Friday, December 20.

The case was initiated on the fact of injury of a boy born in 2014 on the grounds of a crime under part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of safety of movement and operation of railway transport").

The investigation found that on the evening of December 15, a minor, illegally being on the roof of an electric train, received an electric shock and fell on the tracks near the station Begovaya Belorussky direction of the Moscow Railway (MZhD). He was found and taken with various injuries to a medical facility, writes "Moscow 24".
