Moscow Region developers have simplified the procedure for obtaining permits

It will become easier for construction companies in the Moscow Region to obtain a decision on the preparation of a territory planning project. New services have been connected to the online service provided on the regional portal "Gosuslugi".

According to the head of the regional ministry of state administration, information technologies and communications Nadezhda Kurtyanik, cited by the online edition of "Podmoskovye Segodnya", smart services are connected that fill in the address of the object when entering the cadastral number. They send the application to the right municipality, and in the presence of surveys exclude them from the list of mandatory documents.

The planning project includes data on the territory, its boundaries, zones for the placement of capital construction facilities. To use the service, you need to go to the section "Land and construction" - "Construction works".

Earlier, on December 19, the Governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov said that in the first half of 2025 will begin construction of the third entrance to the Moscow suburb of Korolev. Journalist Dmitry Maslak asked about it during a press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Vorobyev noted that this solution will help relieve traffic in the city.
