Earlier, on December 9, the Leninsky District Court of Kursk elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention for two months against the former deputy general director of JSC "Kursk Region Development Corporation" Igor Grabin.

The investigation materials indicate that he was entrusted with administrative and economic functions in the corporation from February 2023 to September 2024, related to the management, disposal of property and finances.
