UAZ reveals premiere dates of new products for 2025

Ulyanovsk automobile plant plans to update its model range in 2025. The first premiere is scheduled for early spring, shared with "Izvestia" on December 20 in the press service of the enterprise.

So, in March, UAZ plans to bring to the market UAZ "Profi" with a diesel engine with a six-speed manual transmission. And in November, all-wheel drive version will be available with the same diesel engine.

Then, at the end of fall, the Ulyanovsk automobile plant is preparing the debut of an updated SUV "UAZ Patriot", which will also receive a new six-speed manual and will be available with both diesel and gasoline engines. According to Izvestia, the UAZ Pickup will receive similar changes to the flagship SUV.

On December 18, a source at the Ulyanovsk automobile plant told Izvestia that production of UAZ vehicles in Cuba is scheduled to begin in February 2025. He noted that the Cuban side is currently finalizing the preparation of the assembly site. According to preliminary information, in the Republic of Cuba is planned to establish production of models "Patriot" and "Pickup" from Russian car kits.

On November 28, it was reported that the Ulyanovsk automobile plant will upgrade the paint complex before the start of production of pickup trucks under the Sollers brand, due to which the quality of paint coating of UAZs will increase.
