The Russian military has launched a group strike with high-precision weapons in response to the shelling of the Kamensky Combine enterprise in Rostov Region by Ukrainian militants. A control center of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was among the targets of the Russian strike. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 20.

"This morning, a group strike with long-range precision weapons was carried out on the SBU control point, the Kiev-based Luch design bureau, which designs and manufactures Neptun missile systems and ground-launched cruise missiles of the Olkha MLRS," the report said.

In addition, strikes were carried out on the position of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system. It is specified that all the specified targets were successfully achieved.

On December 18, Western ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles were struck from the territory of Ukraine on the enterprise "Kombinat Kamensky" in the Rostov region. One cruise missile was deflected from the object of attack and landed on the territory of the industrial combine, damaging a technical building.

The special operation to protect Donbass, which began on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
