A man died as a result of a fixture failure at a mine in Yakutia


A worker died at the mine of the mining and processing complex "Inaglinsky" in Yakutia. This was reported on December 20 in the joint press service of the courts of the Republic of Sakha.
"In the mining excavation there was a destruction of the arch fastening with subsequent subsidence of the roof, as a result of which the employee died," - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.
It is specified that on the fact of investigation of the incident Neryungri city court suspended for 90 days the work of the mining and processing complex in connection with the violation of industrial safety rules. The ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
Earlier, on December 17, at the mine in Primorsky Krai, there was a mining strike with the subsequent collapse of rocks, resulting in injury to a worker of the enterprise. It was reported that 11 people were underground, of which eight came out independently. After mine rescuers lifted the victim to the surface and handed him over to doctors. Two more workers also came out with him. A criminal case was initiated over the incident.
