The premiere of the performance "Sobornaya Ploshchad" will take place in the "Moskino" movie park

On Saturday, December 21, the premiere of the performance "Cathedral Square" will be held in the film park "Moskino". This was reported on December 20 on the official website of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Screenings of "Cathedral Square" will be held every weekend and holiday until February 23. Guests of the movie park will see the era of the Time of Troubles through three-dimensional projections using the latest lighting equipment. The performance will also feature renowned actors.

"In our performance "Cathedral Square" we combine these directions - theater and multimedia. Today the capital is actively developing Moschino Film Park not only as a platform for filming movies, clips, advertising, but also as a new point of attraction for guests and residents of the city. And this means that bright events are needed here", - said the director of "Cathedral Square" Eduard Boyakov.

The performance is interactive, the audience, together with the modern girl Motya, the main character, will be able to visit various Russian cities of the Time of Troubles, and three people from the audience will be chosen as her assistants.

The journey into another era will last 60 minutes, during this time visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the era and learn something new about the history of Russia. Augmented reality effects with 3D projections will be able to more vividly show all the events that took place during the Time of Troubles.

Earlier, on December 4, it was reported that within the framework of the project "Winter in Moscow" in the film park "Moskino" will show a historical reconstruction dedicated to the Battle of Moscow. Participants of the event will be able to get acquainted with the history of the filming process. Cinematography experts will tell about the actors of the films, about how films about the events of the Great Patriotic War were shot.
