In Yakutia, five people were killed and seven others were injured in a fire in an isolation center where servicemen who had left their units unauthorized were kept. This was reported on December 20 in the regional operative headquarters with reference to the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Sakha.

"The fire occurred in the isolator, where servicemen who left the units arbitrarily are kept. Seven people suffered due to smoke poisoning - they are in hospital, the medics are giving them all the necessary help. Five people died, their identities are being established," the report says.

The military commissariat expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

Earlier the same day in Ivanovo two people died in a fire in a private house. It is specified that due to intense combustion there was a collapse of the attic floors, the fire was eliminated on 20 square meters. m. Employees of the inquiry investigate the causes of the incident.
