The doctor named the rules that help not to get sick on New Year holidays


Vladislav Zhemchugov, MD, therapist, immunologist, specialist in particularly dangerous infections, told in a conversation with Radio 1 on Thursday, December 19, how not to catch viruses during Christmas trees, corporate parties and festivities.
According to the expert, first of all, you should have patience and decency - do not go anywhere, feeling the first signs of illness: you can suffer, but do not go, so as not to infect anyone.
You should also clean the house more often and wipe the dust with special disinfectants: after every event there should be a wet cleaning, because the germs are in the dust.
In addition, Zhemchugov advised to check the presence of ventilation: it is better not to go to rooms with foggy air and lack of ventilation, because it is a breeding ground for germs.
