- Pushilin reported the solution to the question posed to Putin from a pensioner from the DNR

The issue of a pensioner from the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) Leonid Shepilov, who asked Russian President Vladimir Putin about the confirmation of his employment record after the loss of his work book in the shelling, has already been resolved. This was announced by the head of the region Denis Pushilin on December 19.
"The issue was resolved during the direct line. The interdepartmental commission, taking into account the high instruction, responded instantly," he said on air of TV channel "Russia 24".
Pushilin also drew attention to the fact that there are still many such issues in the DNR, as a large number of people live in the region, especially from territories liberated or recently liberated, who do not have documents.
"Documents burned, lost, it is impossible to confirm the length of service and other resulting problems. They, of course, cause a certain complexity. That is why an interdepartmental commission was created," the head of the DNR explained.
He noted that now, with the support of the federal center, regional authorities will be able to solve such problems of people faster.
Earlier in the day, Putin instructed the leadership of the DNR to speed up the process during the "Results of the Year," responding to the appeal of a pensioner from Donetsk, who can not receive a pension, because he lost his work record book in a fire.
The head of the region, Denis Pushilin, promised to fulfill the head of state's instruction. He noted that the Social Fund and the participants of the interdepartmental commission should solve such issues in the first place. Galina Lysyuk, deputy manager of the Social Fund's office in the DNR, told Izvestia that the pensioner's insurance pension was recalculated. She specified that the interdepartmental commission had already confirmed the length of service of the man, who could not receive a pension because he had lost his work record book in the fire.
