In the first half of 2025, the construction of a third entrance to the Moscow Region town of Korolev, which was requested by journalist Dmitry Maslak during a press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin, will begin. This was announced on Thursday, December 19, by the Governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov.

"We have overcome a number of resistances and convinced at the federal level that the road is necessary for all Korolev residents. Our task is to reach the construction site in the first half of next year," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Vorobyov noted that this decision will help relieve traffic in the city.

Earlier in the day, Putin promised during the "Results of the Year" that he would discuss with those in charge the construction of a third entrance to the city of Korolev in the Moscow region, without which the city faces major traffic jams.

"Results of the Year" with Vladimir Putin took place earlier in the day and lasted 4.5 hours. This format, which combines a direct line and a press conference for the media, allows the president to convey his position not only on citizens' issues, but also on the state and world agenda, which is often asked about by journalists, including those from Western countries.
