An award ceremony was held in Moscow to honor the winners of the All-Russian Student Forum "Tvoi Khod - 2024", a joint project of Rosmolodezh and the Ministry of Education and Science. The award winners were congratulated on December 19 by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kirienko.

He noted that cash prizes of 1 million rubles, which were awarded to 50 contestants, are important in this case, but should not be put in the first place when assessing their victory.

"I understand that you are waiting for the announcement of the next 50 winners, 50 new millionaires who will come out here for their honestly deserved million. But that is not the main thing. The most important thing is that by participating in the contest "Your Move" you have proved to yourselves and to everyone around you that you are capable of being more than just observers in your life," Kirienko said.

He noted that in the life of every person there is a challenge, with which he can cope only by making a responsible decision. And in this case there is a choice - either to observe what is happening, floating along the current, or to be a generator of movement.

"You can remain an observer, just watching what's going on around you - criticize, advise, and say, 'I could have done better.' Or you can take responsibility - take risks, and when you start doing something, you always run the risk that you might make a mistake. But if you are ready to get up and move forward even when making mistakes and falling down, then you move into a completely different category of people who really change the world with their actions, ideas and dreams," Kirienko concluded.

The competition was held from December 15 to 20 in Moscow. The project is part of the presidential platform "Russia - a Country of Opportunities".

Before that, on October 28, in the international children's center "Artek" with the participation of Kirienko, the winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian contest "Big Change" among schoolchildren from 8th to 10th grades were awarded. The winners among tenth-graders received 1 million rubles each for education and additional points to the portfolio of achievements for admission to universities, the winners - 200 thousand rubles each.
