In Ukraine, employees of the territorial manning center (TMC, the analog of the military recruitment office in Ukraine) have pumped gas into a car to force a passenger to get out. This was reported on December 19 by the Ukrainian edition "Strana.ua".

"Employees of the TCC blow gas into the interior of the car, where, presumably, is a military conscript, and set it on fire to force the passenger to get out," - stated in the message of the publication in Telegram-channel.

It specified that the video attached to the message of the edition was filmed in the area of Vyshgorod in the Kiev region.

The footage shows how several people in uniform surrounded the car. Having opened the door with their hands, the employees let gas into the cabin, after which they tried to set it on fire. After the actions, the officers laughed. How everything ended, the publication did not report.

Earlier, on December 16, it was reported that the employees of the TCC in the Ternopil region of Ukraine killed a man forcibly mobilized by them. Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmytruk said that on December 6, the man was forcibly put into a TCC vehicle in the village of Velyka Luka. Two days later, he called his relatives and asked them to bring him things and documents. When the relatives arrived at the TCC, they were told that the relative had already been released. The man's body was found on December 12 on the highway.

Before that, on December 11, an unknown driver in Ukraine picked up a man who was trying to escape from an employee of the military enlistment office. The publication "Strana.ua" published footage of the driver, who saw that the man was being chased by an employee of the TCC, opened the door of his car and let the fleeing man get into it.

Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. Then the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky (powers expired in May) signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
