The demand for couriers in Russia has almost doubled in 2024. This was found out by T-Zh analysts in a study of the fastest growing professions.

So, the number of proposals for couriers increased from 22 thousand in 2023 to 42 thousand in 2024. The second place in the rating of fast-growing professions took vacancies for laborers - their number increased over the year from 22 thousand to 34 thousand.

"The trio of specialties closed nurses, where the growth of offers amounted to 31%," - quotes the text Lenta.Ru.

Also a sharp increase is observed among the vacancies where people without experience are required - these are tech support specialists, cooks and car mechanics.

Earlier in the day it became known that in Udmurtia the incomes of couriers by the end of this year rose to 111.5 thousand rubles at full-time employment, RT reports.

In the recruiting company HeadHunter calculated that the demand for couriers in Russia has increased by 97% in two years, reports NSN.

In turn, analysts of the online recruiting platform hh.ru conducted a study and found out that sales consultants, drivers and sales managers were on the list of the most in-demand professions in Russia, 360.ru reports.

Earlier, in November, HR business partner of the communication group Progress Ekaterina Zelenkova reported to the agency of city news "Moscow" that in Russia the salaries of couriers and sales consultants before the New Year season may increase by 50%.

Also in demand during the New Year period are the following vacancies: manager of the New Year mood, fortune-teller for a corporate party, the seller of letters to Santa Claus and the director of the skating rink, according to the website kp.ru.

Almost half (47%) of the surveyed Russians are considering for themselves the possibility of changing jobs in 2025: among them 3% will do it for sure, and 44% are ready to move only if they get a good offer. This is stated in the results of the research of the service "Work.ru", which were read by "Izvestia" on December 18.

At the same time, when looking for a job, the majority (84%) of job seekers will put the salary and financial remuneration at the top of the list. It is followed by the desire to work in an adequate team with good management (56%). Geographical factor - the location of the office - is important for 43% of respondents. 36% and 31% respectively assess the attractiveness of vacancies by the availability of flexible schedules and the possibility of remote work.
