The most in-demand professions with high salaries in the Russian Federation are named

The profession of a facade worker has become the leader in terms of demand growth among the highest-paid specialists in the Russian Federation, according to the data of the Avito Work platform, which were reviewed by Izvestia on December 20. Experts have studied the dynamics of vacancies and average salary offers for new employees for the period from January to November 2023-2024.

Employers began to look for a facade worker three times more actively (+207%), and on average candidates were offered about 160,420 rubles per month for a full-time job, which is 57% more compared to last year.

In second place was the profession of a grinder. Vacancies for these specialists increased by 204% year-on-year, and candidates were offered an average of about 177,041 rubles per month for full-time work (+65% year-on-year).

In the top three was the profession of sticker maker, which are in demand in warehouses: demand for their labor increased by 194%, and the average salary offers for new employees increased by 55%, reaching 161,997 rubles per month for a full-time schedule.

Analysts also noted the active growth of vacancies among monolithic workers (the number of vacancies increased by 182%, the salary is 156,536 rubles), masons (+175%, 163,531 rubles) and concrete workers (+165%, 137,806 rubles). Experts explained that this is due to the development of the construction sector and the increase in the volume of infrastructure projects.

Earlier, December 18, it was reported that almost half (47%) of the surveyed Russians are considering for themselves the possibility of changing jobs in 2025. Among them, 3% will do it for sure, and 44% are ready for the transition only if they get a good offer. This is stated in the results of the study of the service "Work.ru". At the same time, the majority (84%) of job seekers will prioritize salary and financial remuneration when looking for a job.
