Forbes published a ranking of the world's highest-paid female athletes


American tennis player Coco Gauff, with an annual income of $34.4 million, has topped Forbes' ranking of the world's highest-paid female athletes for 2024.
"Her last title earned her a check for $4.8 million, but the 20-year-old star earns even more off the court," the magazine reported Dec. 19.
It is specified that Gauff's sponsorship portfolio includes 11 titles.
The second place in the ranking with an income of $23.8 million for 2024 took 23-year-old Polish tennis player Iga Schwentek, the third - Chinese freestylist Eileen Gu, whose income amounted to $22.1 million.
Earlier, May 16, Forbes presented a rating of the world's highest-paid athletes. According to the magazine, the first line was occupied by Portuguese footballer, 39-year-old forward of soccer club "Al-Nasr" Cristiano Ronaldo with an annual income of $260 million.
