Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant Ilya Polikarpov, suspected of committing a terrorist attack that killed the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces (RCDBZ), have been taken to court. This was reported on December 19 by the source of "Izvestia".
