Footage of Marines signing a copy of the battle flag for Putin has been published

Russian soldiers of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet (POF) have shown how they sign a copy of the battle banner they presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The footage was provided by the People's Front on December 19.
Earlier in the day during the "Results of the year" Putin said that Russian servicemen regularly give him souvenirs. Among them was a copy of the banner of the 155th Marine Brigade. Putin admitted that he took it with him on purpose to show it to the Russians.
"First, I wanted to thank the guys for this gift. Secondly, let's consider that this banner of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet here represents all the battle banners of our fighters," the president said during the direct line.
Representatives of the "People's Front" regularly help the soldiers of the 155th Marine Brigade, bringing them humanitarian aid.
The direct line with Vladimir Putin in 2024 is combined with a press conference for the media. The format called "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin" allows the president to convey his position not only on citizens' issues, but also on the state and world agenda, which is often asked by journalists. Representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in Russia have also received invitations to the events.
As of the morning of December 19, the number of appeals sent to the direct line with the President exceeded 2 million.
