More than 60 people were injured and two died in frosty weather in Krasnoyarsk region

In Krasnoyarsk Krai since the beginning of winter 65 people received frostbite. Forty-six victims were hospitalized, two of them died. In all cases, medical assistance was required for adults.

This is reported by IA KrasnoyarskMedia with reference to the regional Ministry of Health. The cause of frostbite was a long stay outside at sub-zero temperatures and high humidity. The situation could be aggravated by fatigue, hunger, wet clothes and shoes.

Earlier forecasters predicted a strong cold snap in Primorsky Krai at the weekend. The temperature will drop to -35 degrees Celsius. According to forecasts, a cyclone will move over the Sea of Japan on December 21. Cloudiness is expected in the southern part of Primorye, but without precipitation.
