Concert of opera singer Aida Garifullina held in Moscow

Aida Garifullina, one of the most brilliant opera singers of our time, gave a concert in Moscow. She noted that performing in her homeland, especially on the stage of the Moscow Conservatory, is a special event for her.
Due to her busy tour schedule, she rarely gives concerts in the capital.
"Delightful acoustics, where you don't even have to strain the sound. Here it just flies," said Aida Garifullina, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
The singer prepared a special program of famous arias by Russian and foreign composers. And after the performance she made another gift - about a hundred fans could communicate with the star, take an autograph and be photographed.
On 15 December soloists, the Mariinsky Theatre Chorus and Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Valery Gergiev performed Johann Sebastian Bach's St. John Passion at Moscow's Zaryadye Hall on Sunday. The soloists included Marina Kiryushina, Maria Uvarova, Boris Stepanov, Alexei Krotov, Yegor Semenkov, Alexander Nazemtsev and Alexander Bashkatov.
