Anna Shenkao, a mother of five children, told Izvestia on December 19 that she received answers to questions important to her from Russian President Vladimir Putin at a combined direct line and press conference.

"I heard the answers that have been tormenting me. Let's hope this will all be fixed," she said.

In her address, the girl touched upon the topic of benefits for large families and bureaucratic difficulties that may arise when receiving material support.

During his answer to Shenkao's question, Vladimir Putin noted that their family can be an example for others, as the woman is raising five children. In addition, the president added that families with children, including large families, are entitled to a benefit - a discount of 50% off the airfare, but airlines often introduce their own benefits, calling it a non-standard fare. Because of this, large families do not receive the benefit due to them.
