Pushilin calls shelling of Horlivka by AFU fighters a provocation


The shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) of the territory of Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) on the day of the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin is a provocation. This was reported by the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin on December 19.
"Today's aggression of Ukrainian militants on the day of the direct line of the President of Russia is provocative in nature," - said Pushilin Telegram-channel.
In his opinion, new attacks by the Ukrainians on civilians are possible. The head of the DNR emphasized that this incident will not go unpunished.
On the same day, Pushilin said that the number of injured civilians as a result of the shelling of Gorlovka increased to nine people. According to him, if necessary, the wounded will be sent to Donetsk.
On December 10, the head of the DNR, Denis Pushilin, said that attempts by Ukrainian militants to attack Horlivka had no military expediency, but they have not stopped so far.
Ukrainian militants have been shelling Russian territory, especially its new regions, on a daily basis amid the special operation to defend Donbas, which the Russian Federation announced the start of on February 24, 2022.
