Russia has been conducting a special military operation to protect civilians in Donbas since February 24, 2022. The Defense Ministry also added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) lost up to 60 servicemen, a vehicle, two 152-millimeter D-20 guns and a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher in the area of responsibility of the Dnipro group of troops. A radio electronic warfare station was destroyed.

"Operational-tactical aviation, strike drones, missile troops and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit the infrastructure of military airfields, accumulations of AFU manpower and military equipment in 149 areas," the agency said.

Air defense means shot down a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher, a Neptune long-range guided missile and 154 aircraft-type drones.

In total, 650 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 38,064 unmanned aerial vehicles, 590 anti-aircraft missile systems, 19,844 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,502 multiple rocket launchers, 19,822 field artillery and mortar guns, and 29,326 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation.
