In the Rada told about the forced mobilization in the AFU of workers with armor

Employees of territorial manning centers (TMCs, analogues of military recruitment offices) forcibly mobilize employees with reservations into the Ukrainian army. This was stated by a member of the defense committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Fedienko, on December 19.
"I receive many appeals from both citizens and organizations about illegal actions of the TCC," he wrote on his Facebook page (owned by the organization Meta, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation).
Fedienko presented a number of examples of illegal actions on the part of the TCC. He noted that military commissars justify the forced mobilization of workers with reservations by the fact that information about it is allegedly missing in the Obereg system.
The MP appealed to the Ukrainian military committees with a request to stop this practice. He also said that he had sent appeals regarding these incidents to the head of the AFU general staff, Anatoliy Bargilevich.
The Wiadomości newspaper quoted a Ukrainian army commander as saying on December 17 that the number of deserters in some AFU units exceeded the number of wounded and killed. The AFU commander described the situation in some units as critical due to a shortage of people. At the same time, he noted that the recruits were poorly trained.
On 16 December, former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that the methods of forced mobilization of the country's citizens were ineffective. He noted that the Ukrainian authorities should create acceptable conditions for the provision of each fighter and introduce demobilization.
On 11 December, an unidentified driver picked up a man who was trying to escape from an employee of the military enlistment office. The Strana.ua news and analysis website published footage showing the driver opening the door of his car and allowing the fleeing man to get in after the man.
In April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (term of office expired on May 20) signed a law on toughening mobilization. In particular, he lowered the age of mobilization from 27 to 25 and signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of persons liable for military service, which combines information on the personal data of Ukrainians, including details of internal and foreign passports. There are no provisions on demobilization in the documents.
