In Apatity (Murmansk region), the prosecutor's office is conducting an inspection of a communal accident which injured a three-year-old child. A hot water supply riser burst in the apartment.

The incident occurred on the night of December 17 in the house on Bredova Street. A child and a 39-year-old man received burns to the legs as a result of the rupture of the riser. About it reports IA "Bi-port".
