Citizens' questions sent to a direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin about the special military operation (SMO), provision for the military and their families will be thoroughly analyzed. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Channel One on December 19.

"Naturally, citizens are most concerned and interested in the special military operation and everything related to it. And then there is a lot more: it is the direct course of the special military operation, it is the provision of the needs of the front, it is the provision of our heroes of the SWO and their families, work with the disabled, help in employment," he said.

Peskov noted that these topics will be broken down into smaller subtopics, which, in turn, will be seriously analyzed.

Earlier, on December 18, a Kremlin spokesman told Izvestia that after artificial intelligence processed the questions for Putin's direct line, it turned out that citizens were most interested in the course of Russia's special military operation.

On December 17, the headquarters of the People's Front movement reported that the number of requests for a direct line with the head of state exceeded 1.4 million applications. Prior to that, on December 14, Putin said that he had already familiarized himself with the questions he would have to answer during the direct line.

The direct line of the head of state will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in Russia have received invitations.
