The fire at the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant, which broke out after the Ukrainian attack, has been eliminated. This was reported on December 19 by Yury Slyusar, the acting governor of the Rostov region.

"As of 06:45 the fire at the NZNP has been liquidated," he specified in a message in the Telegram-channel.

The fire at the Novoshakhtinsk refinery of oil products was reported earlier in the day. Slyusar specified that the fire occurred as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones. At the same time, the acting governor of the Rostov region said that overnight Ukrainian armed formations attacked the region with the help of more than 30 UAVs and three missiles. One person was injured due to the fall of drone fragments, he received the necessary assistance.
