"According to preliminary data, on December 18 at about 23 hours the unidentified driver of an unidentified vehicle, moving on the federal highway A-370 Khabarovsk - Vladivostok on the new bypass in the area of 3 km in the direction of the city of Vladivostok allowed a collision with a tiger and in violation of traffic rules fled the scene of the accident", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

At the same time, parts of the bumper of the vehicle were seized from the scene.

It is reported that another tiger was spotted not far from the scene of the accident. Possible exit of the predator on the roadway.
