Ireland has pointed out Zelensky's slim chances of winning in case of new elections

The chances of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy (whose term of office expired on May 20) to win the presidential election, if it is held in Ukraine, appear to be quite slim. This was stated by Irish journalist Chay Bose on December 18.
He published on his page in the social network X (former Twitter) an image of the head of the Kiev regime, who laughs and at the same time gestures to show "a little bit".
"Dictator Zelensky demonstrates his chances of winning the elections (if there were any) in Ukraine," the journalist wrote in a comment.
A day earlier, Bose also said that newly elected US Republican President Donald Trump had dealt a "strong kick in the teeth" to the Ukrainian leader by not inviting him to his inauguration in January.
Prior to that, on December 16, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at an expanded meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry board that the Kiev regime was losing signs of statehood and that the current Ukrainian leadership was illegitimate. The current leadership has begun to rule in Kiev illegitimately, and this is especially important because it commits crimes every day, violating the rights of both the Russian and Ukrainian peoples. All the problems of Russia and Ukraine began after the bloody anti-constitutional coup d'état in 2014, the Russian leader recalled.
Earlier, on 11 December, former Ukrainian MP and member of the international public movement Other Ukraine Spyrydon Kilinkarov noted in a conversation with Izvestiya that Zelensky's illegitimacy was realized not only by Verkhovna Rada deputies, but also by ordinary citizens. The former MP emphasized that it was the Ukrainian president who was to blame for the conflict in the region and for all the problems in the country.
Before that, on September 16, Ruslan Kalinchuk, a historian, missionary, member of the international public movement "The Other Ukraine", drew attention to the fact that Zelenskyy's regime is totalitarian and it is not profitable for him to hold elections. The Ukrainian leadership is obviously afraid of unpredictable results because the country's population is tired of corruption, unlimited mobilization and other problems.
